Appointments can be made during office hours by calling (206) 292-6488. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

After Hours & Emergency Care

If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available at (206) 292-6488.

Prescription Renewals

Seattle Urological Associates policy does not allow physicians to continue prescriptions without an annual reexamination. If your records indicate that it has been at least 12 months since your last office visit we will request a visit before renewing the medications. In some cases we will allow the pharmacy to provide you enough medications until your appointment. We will not give samples in lieu of a visit and prescription renewal.

If you need a prescription refilled and you have not been seen in 12 months,  please call to schedule a follow-up appointment at your earliest convenience so that you may continue your current medication or consider alternatives. This is considered standard medical policy and is for your safety. If you have been seen within the year and you'd like a prescription renewal call and ask for a medical assistant.

You must provide the following so have it ready when you call. Most of the information can be obtained on the medication bottle that is being renewed.

• Your full name and date of birth
• The phone number of the pharmacy to be called
• The name of the medication and the dosage (for example Flomax 0.4 mg)
• The number of pills requested
• How we can reach you if we have questions or the pharmacy requires your phone number

Financial

All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our billing office should you have any financial questions or concerns.
